A vessel, in its most literal sense, is a container or medium that holds, carries, or channels something—physical, emotional, energetic, or spiritual. Spiritually and energetically, a vessel is a living conduit that carries wisdom, emotions, divine inspiration, and sacred purpose.

In simple words, self-love determines what you allow yourself to receive, release, and become. It is the foundation upon which self-mastery is built. Without self-love, self-mastery cannot be sustained.
When we practice self-love, we stay present with our own truth, stop negotiating our worth, face our shadows without collapsing, and choose ourselves consistently rather than occasionally.
Without self-love, we abandon or betray ourselves to belong, overgive to be valued, avoid discomfort to feel safe, and delay our healing until “later.”
